I like how the leadership team leads with DEI in mind and how they responsibly grow the company. Wistia is people first company where profits are important but not more important than our customers or the employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that there is a high bar of talent here at Wistia so everyone is an expert in their own right but always willing to help no matter how big the task. You always feel extremely supported by your coworkers.

The ERGs are special to just Wistia, imo. Having worked in many tech companies, I've yet to find another who took culture and minorities so seriously that they would actually fund them.

The amount of support and flexibility, and flexible PTO. As a working parent I need to be able to WFH and have flexible hours. No one bats an eye if we need to take time off during the day - it's great.
