After she started her career selling the first personal computers for major accounts in France, Marie-Véronique joined a service company for a few years before creating her own company. Her company participated in the implementation of the first LAN WAN networks, which allowed her to work with the precursors of the internet. In the early 1990s, she decided to join Oléane with most of her colleagues, where she helped the company achieve commercial success, along with Jean-Michel Planche. After two years dedicated to integrating teams, she left France Telecom to found Witbe.
