They are open to new ideas, they think long term
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to clean house. Get rid of the people who are in roles they should just never have been put in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great 401k Match and Health Savings Accounts
Great 401k matching, better than previous companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The medical insurance is garbage, absolute garbage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Wizards are amazing, how so many amazing people can have such incompetence above them is stunning to many.

Very inclusive and friendly environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to learn that great people leaders are what make a company great. Current leadership bully and berate not inspire.

Speed. Fast communication between steps
