They do not care about their customers, only their bottom line. Alienating customers is a great way to destroy your income stream and brand value.
Customer Relationships. Stop blatant money grabbing activity. Understand that the reason Dungeons and dragons thrives is only due to the lax control over it's IP. Letting others profit off of the game has brought tremendous awareness that corporate leadership apparently doesn't value.
