My overall experience has been nothing but positive. Obviously there are things that need to be improved, but I am positive about the improvements. We are a small company but nibble and growing very fast and therefore the company invests heavily in the development of its employee base.

What I like the most about the leadership team is being on top of everything. The team really puts the employees first in all the decisions. Culture and diversity are key components in any decision.
