What's the work from home policy like at Wizeline?
We prefer people to collaborate in person. Working from home is based on trust and individual needs.

Onboarding was a lot of fun. When I joined the HR team was tiny.
How's the vacation policy at Wizeline?
Depends on the country. In the US, we have flexible, non-accrued leave.
What's the internship program like at Wizeline?
Changes every year. We provide a bootcamp for interns to learn skills and most interns that are successful are offered a job.
How does Wizeline handle HR issues?
Depends on the issue but most things are well documented and objectively handled.

Kanban method of getting things done. Regular communication about goals and metrics.

Speaking up and giving open, honest, and direct feedback. Desire to learn new things all the time. Handling the "back stage". Doing more than your "job". Group facilitation skills. Data analysis and reporting.

Wizeline is open to having pets in the workplace, but unfortunately the buildings we occupy don't allow pets.
