Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO,founders and funded companies need to pay as agreed by the contract, which hasn't happened in my case.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on sticking to meeting goals in the specific time frame, specially Development team. With out right product, business won't show growth.

Stop saving non - performers. This just a burden to the company.
