max fdp flying, random roster, mixing of earlies and lates constantly, very bad quality crew food, no logistical support, bad pay; different departments working against each other not with each other, avoid at all cost or look for something new asap

very nice and professional colleagues on the aircraft; managment team is abysmal though, office employees overworked and inexperienced offer no backend support to operations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
backend support, fixed roster options and early/ late preferences, not having to take a pay cut whilst Managment pays themselves out millions in stocks and cash, there are no benefits apart from the legal mandatory contributions, no stock& equity bonuses for employees
