What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary was fair. bonus and stock paltry.
I can pay off all my debt and can buy myself and family something beautiful and still left with change, I'm too young hey enjoy the little moments with the compensation package while it lasts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have always felt undervalued in terms of monetary compensation and the benefits.
there is no payment of electricity bill or other not to visual benefit as a short day (of course this time is return to the company example work 8.5 hours 4 days at week and 5 day take half day)
Under paid and over work
They offered new employees more pay than employees whom where loyal and their over a year.
