The completely didn't care about employees all about the numbers. They made employees whom cared about and loved their jobs want to run away. This is why their facility wound up closing.

I have always felt undervalued in terms of monetary compensation and the benefits.
there is no payment of electricity bill or other not to visual benefit as a short day (of course this time is return to the company example work 8.5 hours 4 days at week and 5 day take half day)
Under paid and over work
They offered new employees more pay than employees whom where loyal and their over a year.

Skills need to be improved
Make HR do their job and investigate the leaders in PH
Higher management needs to look into the managers and HR meetings have to happen on monthly basis
