- What makes you most happy at work?The thing that makes me most happy at work is the fact that is can be rather predictable, there isn't often too much that can derail the daily operation. Most issues can be rectified by my peers / team or the IT team.
- What are some of the best things about your team?My peers have a lot of free reign to produce and implement ideas in the workplace, we have sufficient influence on the daily work load. My team are great, they understand objectives and how to achieve them daily.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay is above average and the work is not too taxing. There are many benefits, including: health care, dental care, salary sacrifice for car leasing and discount pricing on many retailers.
