You can tell from the interview process that culture is very important at Wonolo and that they care to make sure everyone who joins embraces their guiding principles. The Recruiting team does a wonderful job at moving quickly, being responsive, and setting candidates up for success.
And it’s all online and through the app that you don’t actually physically
The interviewer was excellent and had excellent service
What was unique about this interview process was there was a group session where I met about 4 team members from different departments and it was a culture based part. I thought that was so unique and felt that the company truly values it's culture.
By the time I received an offer, I had met with 11 different stakeholders and this really showed me how seriously they take their hiring process and making sure that they continue to hire people who are not only a good match skills wise but also genuinely believe in the culture and the mission.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nobody wants to be at a company that you cannot get in contact with customer service or actually talk to someone over the phone it's like pulling teeth dealing with you people and therefore you people are getting sued playing with the wrong people's money in this day and time no one has timeforthat.
