We're always moving and staying active
It's a culture that cares about transparency and trust, and an environment where diversity of thought is valued and encouraged. At Wonolo people always come first and individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves.

I can't even emphasize how amazing the culture is here. Our culture is very unique in so many ways. Wo do Daily Stand Ups everyday where the whole company gets together and talks about how we did as a company and share any updates that we are working on.
It is motivating to work in an environment where at the end of every day you know you are contributing to a great good, a purpose that is genuinely benefiting and making an impact on others' lives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A phone number needs to be provided to employees and a way to communicate with a human being and not a robot.
