What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Warning: To all people to the public do not work for Wonolo I repeat they are crooks. Horrible experience working for Wonolo, Wonolo has mega lawsuits coming their way they are crooks they will steal your money. Also there was a girl who died in Smyrna Tennessee at the Nissan car plant location.

The entire package is great!

I love that we have a meaningful equity package coupled with benefits that are covered 99% (medical/dental/vision). We also have flexible hours and PTO (can take as much time off as we need in the year as long as approved by manager ahead of time) AND my favorite benefit: WORK FROM HOME FRIDAYS!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is extremly low increase is needed
I am put in unsafe situations and there is no way to communicate with a human being.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced pays fast too
We're always moving and staying active
It's a culture that cares about transparency and trust, and an environment where diversity of thought is valued and encouraged. At Wonolo people always come first and individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves.
The most positive is we are people friendly most negative is nothing
I can't even emphasize how amazing the culture is here. Our culture is very unique in so many ways. Wo do Daily Stand Ups everyday where the whole company gets together and talks about how we did as a company and share any updates that we are working on.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A phone number needs to be provided to employees and a way to communicate with a human being and not a robot.

everyone was so respectful and genuinely curious

You can tell from the interview process that culture is very important at Wonolo and that they care to make sure everyone who joins embraces their guiding principles. The Recruiting team does a wonderful job at moving quickly, being responsive, and setting candidates up for success.
And it’s all online and through the app that you don’t actually physically

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nobody wants to be at a company that you cannot get in contact with customer service or actually talk to someone over the phone it's like pulling teeth dealing with you people and therefore you people are getting sued playing with the wrong people's money in this day and time no one has timeforthat.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job, the people I get to work with externally and internally are great

What makes me the most happy is knowing that the work I'm doing is contributing to a powerful mission to help every American find work, and being surrounded by team members who challenge and support me.
