What is the best part about your compensation package?
Legal services, cariloop, headspace, pto
In light of what it going on with employee insurance benefits the package offered is pretty comprehensive.

Value of employees is not consistent. If your male or a very attractive woman you are treated differently and set apart from others.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone should be treated fairly, I get a lot of emails too.
Ad lot of level-ism and definitely still a good old boy network. They should read and practice their mission statement.
