Value of employees is not consistent. If your male or a very attractive woman you are treated differently and set apart from others.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone should be treated fairly, I get a lot of emails too.
Ad lot of level-ism and definitely still a good old boy network. They should read and practice their mission statement.

You don't get feedback unless it is negative and only find out your weaknesses when and if management follows thru with your annual review.
