What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process is average
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Engagement is super low. Listen to the great associates that are left, look after them and rebuild the culture. Get rid of toxic leaders. Incentivise leaders to do the right thing. The performance management system rewards corporate psychopaths, not leaders that do the right thing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Bring in younger and actually inspiring leaders with integrity, vision and humility. Get rid of all the old white entitled men who only focus on maximizing their wealth before they retire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?No one has proper leadership skills or training. HR cannot be trusted. If a business cannot afford to treat its people right, it does not deserve to exist. Stop mistreating your employees because your shareholders run the company badly. Other companies in the industry can do it so there is no excuse
