Our company culture is great. Welcoming and supportive.
Communicatin on the information and paperwork the want, the hiring team does everything through email and dosesnt send all the paperwork then tells you they did not recieve it. They will then tell you they need it today or you dont have a job. Then you play phone tag trying to get ahold of someone
Have better recruiters and HR personal
Remove the over-compensated management, which is most of management.
Company needs to hire when they fire and not add job duties to other employees to save money
Dysfunctional organization. Over-promoted management. Minimal project planning despite full-time project managers.
A slightly slower work pace would be nice.
