What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is enocuraging and always saying that I'll do well
Positive and approachable always. The leadership team is a mix of people who have been around for a long time now.
Result Oriented. Focused on building the team and the product.
Everyone is accessible and always encouraging. They make decisions which are right for the company to sustain and grow.

The commissions for sales are like I have never seen before
ESOP's and the commission plan
Well balance of fixed and variable. ESOPs on top of it.
Small things like food program also are focussed upon by the leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company management is totally corrupted and does not know how to run the company. They churn out people with couple of months

I'm continually impressed by the dedication, collaboration, and expertise of our team. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and their ability to work together harmoniously make them a true asset to our organization

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At our company, the way we work together and support each other is really great. It's a friendly and encouraging place where everyone can learn and grow. I think it's one of the best things about our company

The entire team works towards common goals - product growth and customer satisfaction. There is always a constant positive push to achieve this. Also, management is always with the team to make everything possible.

My experience during the interview process was quite positive. The interviews were well-structured, and the interviewers were friendly and professional. It felt like a fair and respectful evaluation of my skills and experience, which made the entire process much more comfortable

What makes me happy at work is the sense of achievement and the opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues. It's fulfilling to see our collective efforts lead to positive outcomes, and I truly enjoy the camaraderie and support within the team
