The commissions for sales are like I have never seen before
ESOP's and the commission plan
Well balance of fixed and variable. ESOPs on top of it.
Above market salaries, salaries always come on time and the ESOP program is not fully implemented but rewarding for people who have it.
Small things like food program also are focussed upon by the leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company management is totally corrupted and does not know how to run the company. They churn out people with couple of months
