What did you like most about the interview process? It was straightforward, but misleading. One of the people who interviewed me would become one of the management I had the most trouble with. She later left the company because so many people had problems with her.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team was trauma bonded together by ineffectual leadership. It fostered a great feeling of comraderie because we helped eachother get through the work week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?it was great with many things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There are limited growth opportunities at this company. Unless you "play the game" and become somebodies "favorite", regardless of if you have any leadership skills or experience
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop playing favoritism or promoting people you think are good at delivering results but have no leadership skills at all. It makes your employees miserable. The last manager I had there was rude and continuously confrontational towards employees and other members of the management team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Beware of A LOT of forced overtime, pressure to deliver to unrealistic deadlines, poor management decisions, lack of leadership, and mom & pop shop. Nice people but no real industry knowledge or experts work here. This company makes a lot of money. They could afford A+ level players if they cared.
Helping you maintain long-term relationships with your clients. We advocate on their behalf at the carrier and provider levels on a variety of issues.
