Review from Operations Dept

The Gratitude awards and Bonus Structure really make me feel like my work is appreciated.

Review from IT Dept

I like the awards, but most of my team are epam and can't give me awards.

Review from Engineering Dept

I enjoy our quarterly bonusses structure. It allows for a continuous conversation around performance throughout the year and boosts morale when you achieve and receive compensations for your your quarterly AIMs.

Review from IT Dept

spark awards, culture and WHFIT

Review from Engineering Dept

The in-office experience has really been upgraded in the last few months, to align with the return to office. We are well looked after in terms of the cafe, snacks and even hot food now. Couldn't really ask for more in that respect. There is a new gym coming soon, which is an amazing perk

Review from IT Dept

Very competitive compensation package compared to the rest of the industry.

Review from Engineering Dept

Family heath and dental insurance, Gratitudes but bring back the Euro discount for euro gift cards it was effectively lost with the move to points and doesn't effect dollar cards!

Review from IT Dept

Companies own recognition solution with monetary awards

Review from Product Dept

The quarterly bonus/AIMs or usage of our own product and Spark points

Review from HR Dept

My base salary and recognition moments

Review from HR Dept

The Spark awards are an amazing secondary bonus opportunity which is unique to Workhuman.

Review from HR Dept

Excellent benefits and 10% bonus

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My boss is managing me out of my team.. badly. I have not received an award from my boss this year. I have not received an award since April. My boss is very passive aggressive towards me and they are getting what they want by making me leave!

Inflation is too high and cost of living is increasing, I don't expect to give the full company a pay increase but they could help by proving a living benefit such as other companies have done (such as providing allowances for gym, gas, books per month that could help people with the cost of living

Review from Customer Success Dept

Benefits such as pension could be better

Review from HR Dept

I would like more insight to what level of compensation I would have if I was promoted.

Review from HR Dept

If you just look around at other tech companies like LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Mongo DB, Hubspot etc... WH still a long way to go in terms of matching benefits. Some suggestions: - Proper free onsite catering. - A wellness day off each month -Unlimited PTO -Expense for cell phone and internet

Review from Operations Dept

Any additional benefits, merchandise for interns

Review from Customer Success Dept

its all played in an awful way, they give you a promotion of x% and then people without promotion get the same raise as inflation %. Its all a trick. If they wanted to be fair the promotion salary should be corrected as well.

Review from Operations Dept

RSU announcement fell well below expectations. Particularly when the commentary a number of months ago was this equity package would be life changing!

Review from Engineering Dept

Perks & Bens overall could do with a review and improvement to help combat 'the great talent swap'

Review from HR Dept

Know others at my level make significantly more. Havent had retirement match.

Review from HR Dept

higher base, higher bonus percentage

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compensation philosophy needs a complete overhaul if we're to stay relevant in current climate, and improve our chances to retain and attract talent. The lack of equity is particularly off putting.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe I go above and beyond what is asked and the ability to grow in my position is not achievable.

Review from HR Dept

Yes, I feel undervalued. Quaterly - biannual salary reviews would make me feel confident I'm getting paid fairly.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe the company should match 401(k) contributions for those who make more than 100k. Also, I do not think the company is raising wages at pace with inflation. What I make now is less compared to when I joined 5 years ago, in real dollars.

Review from Product Dept

I have been working at a level far higher than what I was hired at for years without a promotion or significant raise. My salary and title have not kept pace with my contributions and I am not paid fairly relative to others in the organization.

Review from Sales Dept

Industry standard salary for my position is well above my salary

Review from IT Dept

Compared to the big tech companies, WH doesnt seem to provide decent benefits. I was incredibly disappointed at Christmas time, when the end of the year was not even marked at all. Most companies, due to Covid, sent out presents and hampers to staff. This seemed totally ignored by Workhuman.

Review from IT Dept

In terms of industry standards, pay isn't as high but culture is positive and benefits / perks are higher

Review from IT Dept

I would like if my compensation was slightly higher due to the cost of living.
