Executive Bio
Meisha-ann Martin is the Director of People Analytics at Workhuman, where she is evaluating valuable data around human behavior and performance and translating it into actionable intelligence to inform the creation of a more connected, human-centered workplace. Meisha-ann has a Ph.D in Industrial/Organization Psychology with fifteen years of experience working in People Analytics and Employee Engagement across a variety of different industries.
Dr. Martin is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and has done diversity work in every organization she has been a part of. She served on the SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association) diversity committee from 2007-2012 and led the committee responsible for the design and administration of the demographics and diversity best practices survey for the entire financial services industry in 2011.
