Leadership needs to align all business functions around company goals, then build systems and processes for measuring and communicating against goals.

Listen more and look after own employees better, practice more of what we preach. Stop obsessing so much about sales and revenue and focus on building a sustainable business with a clear vision and strategy for the short, medium and long term. More transparency in decision-making.

My boss is managing me out of my team.. badly. I have not received an award from my boss this year. I have not received an award since April. My boss is very passive aggressive towards me and they are getting what they want by making me leave!
Inflation is too high and cost of living is increasing, I don't expect to give the full company a pay increase but they could help by proving a living benefit such as other companies have done (such as providing allowances for gym, gas, books per month that could help people with the cost of living

If you just look around at other tech companies like LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Mongo DB, Hubspot etc... WH still a long way to go in terms of matching benefits. Some suggestions: - Proper free onsite catering. - A wellness day off each month -Unlimited PTO -Expense for cell phone and internet

Better collaboration and strategically aligned on initiatives
Review from HR Dept
Be more open to unlearning, change, innovation and less set in the old ways of working because "we have always done things this way". Too many staff here a long time calling the shots in my dept. WH should aim to hire smart people not to tell them what to do but so they can tell WH what to do.

Well I'm leaving because of my manager so I think manager improvement would be a help for future employees
Onsite proper food, gym, rest places, collaborative hubs, privacy booths. Choice of a 4 day work week where we could do 4 longer days and keep same pay or 4 normal days and loose 1 days pay. This would be great publicity and help hiring and retention

Review from Engineering Dept
- Employees are expected to support executive hunches and change roadmaps for them without tangible evidence. - Decisions are slowed by excessive bureaucracy. - The "positivity" culture prevents the expression of anything slightly negative. - Private slack channels impede transparency across the org
