- What did you like most about the interview process?I was never interviewed. I was simply offered the position.

- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Getting together as a team more often would be beneficial for team moral. My coworkers could improve if they were more interested in expanding their experience with our new products.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Employee recognition. Better compensation, and annual pay increases.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've worked for Worksoft for over ten years and have only received two small salary increases in that time. Benefits are terrible and there has never been any 401K matching.
