What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are approachable and genuine.
Focused on our company's success and interested in my team's growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee recognition. Better compensation, and annual pay increases.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual increases Annual bonus has paid out each year
I have opportunity to make more if I and the company perform well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked for Worksoft for over ten years and have only received two small salary increases in that time. Benefits are terrible and there has never been any 401K matching.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well together and contributes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Getting together as a team more often would be beneficial for team moral. My coworkers could improve if they were more interested in expanding their experience with our new products.
New Hires need to be trained.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration between departments to work as a single team.
