What benefits does Worksoft provide?
There's a 401K plan but the company does not match a penny of employee contributions. Health insurance including medical, dental and vision are provided by United Health Care. Health coverage is poor compared to what other employers provide. New employees start with 10 days paid vacation and gain an additional day each year to a maximum of 20 days.
