The people and the mission. Having such fun and caring people so focused on the product makes me excited to collaborate with them, yet challenged when a tough problem arises. Both of these combined make for an amazing work environment that I am excited to be a part of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more casual in nature so I was able to relax and answer their questions authentically. They want to learn about you just as much as they want to tell you about the amazing work environment. It's not BS, they truly believe what they say and are open right from the first interview.
