What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that spending some money to upgrade and fix problems will pay dividends in the long term. Not cutting as many corners. Fix the tables, the bathrooms, let us replace the burnt out lights. Care about employee morale.
Not to be so paranoid about there best enployess
The leadership needs to work on their organization and to plan for the worst. Places get busy and they need to keep up with the pace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to go above and beyond, with little to no reward, and if we fall short, we’re punished by not having a budget to purchase necessary supplies to keep the business running smoothly. Give an adequate budget, and pay full hourly to e
The bad ones are rewRded for being bad employees and the good workers help the management care for there restaraunt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along, and do our very best to succeed with what little tools we are given. Since we are a small team, both aspects are incredibly important.
The one half are my peoples
The team is very friendly towards one another but they are not as helpful when it comes to helping each other out especially when it's busy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the driver duty we produce and the craft beers we bring to the tabke
They keep the drinks interesting and try to use that positive by bringing in other customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Keep the people, give management better budgets, and upgrade and fix the store, so customers feel comfortable and are more likely to return.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was direct, and very quick.
