Interacting with the customers / customer service
I love being able to work from the comfort of my own home. It is a wonderful privilege and helps to really keep me focused on the work at hand because I have more time to dedicate to my own personal time later so when it's time to work, I get a lot done.
I love that I get to be able to work at home in an environment that I find to be very comfortable for me. I am able to tailor it to my personal needs and relax and just get to enjoy helping the customers. I don't have a lot of worries that other people who work brick and mortar would have.

Company needs to have a full make over..train managers/team leader the right way of doing business
They need to take care of employees
Management changes way too often

a rotation of different job responablitys with off phone options to help prevent work burn out.
