My leadership team is very hands-on and communicate on a daily basis.
I love that they are always communicating with us to make sure that we have the latest updates. They are also always making sure to show us just how appreciative they are of our hard work and dedication.

I love all of the travel perks that come with the job! I also love that they have so many different ways to earn bonuses in pay or other extra incentives throughout! There are so many opportunities to earn or be recognized for something! I love it!

Bonus for all the hard work we out into the company durkng covid and the mass cancellations. But that didnt happen and they sid a mass gire of almost 500 more employees.

I love that even though we work at home, we still all have a very fun and encouraging work environment! I also love that we are able to recognize our coworkers when we feel they have done something worth recognizing! It is nice to be able to give shoutouts to others for the awesome work they do!

The company encourages people to recognize others for the great work that they do. I love that! It feels good to be acknowledged when you are working hard and I have never been at a company where I have felt so appreciated all the time.
I love how flexible and accommodating the job is with hours and scheduling. You have a set schedule that gets bid on every quarter, but you aren't stuck with that because there are ways that you can flex things around if need be. It really shows that they understand you need a work/life balance.

It was exciting for a new job and different area of work other than my current field
I liked how thorough they were with vetting prospective employees. It made me feel that much more important and blessed to have been chosen at the end of the process. I know that they have plenty of people who would love the job so it is good to be thorough and find the right people.
I like how thorough they are because it really makes you feel like you are the best of the best who gets chosen to work for them. I know it took a couple months for the whole process but I like that they properly vet people because it shows that they are looking for quality employees to invest in.

Interacting with the customers / customer service
I love being able to work from the comfort of my own home. It is a wonderful privilege and helps to really keep me focused on the work at hand because I have more time to dedicate to my own personal time later so when it's time to work, I get a lot done.
I love that I get to be able to work at home in an environment that I find to be very comfortable for me. I am able to tailor it to my personal needs and relax and just get to enjoy helping the customers. I don't have a lot of worries that other people who work brick and mortar would have.
Freedom from working in my home office.
Helping the customers that are friendly and not having to commute to work
Company needs to have a full make over..train managers/team leader the right way of doing business
They need to take care of employees
Management changes way too often
a rotation of different job responablitys with off phone options to help prevent work burn out.
