World Travel Holdings employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.

How employees describe working at World Travel Holdings

Low pay compared to other travel sales jobs. Promise commision, but very difficult to reach sales goals. Many busy bees working selling travel (agents) while you will not see any of the low commission pay if at all. Someone else will be benefitting from all your hard work.

Micro managed..Team leader/ manager whatever was terrible. When you really need help they ignore you. Maybe because they don't know what there doing. I don't know anyways it was a very bad experience for me..I don't know how they think they can charge an employee a lot of money if customer complains

The company offers lots of benefits and perks but the pay and commission are way too low. The company gets all the commission.

I have used Cruises Only over the years and will not use them again.
