I have been with the company for many years and I think its a great company to work for. Recently I have been suffering from burn out that is the hardest part but that is on me not on the company.

They are friendly. Unfortunate we don't interact much because we work remotely

Helping the customers that are friendly and not having to commute to work

I didnt have to go in and talk to anyone face to face

a rotation of different job responablitys with off phone options to help prevent work burn out.
