All my life I always wanted to be involved in helping unfortunate children and to have the privilege to work at World Vision and doing what I love and in the top of that getting paid it is truly a huge blessing along, I have no complains but rather I am eternally grateful :)

My compensation package satisfied me at my level & basic needs & to support my studies

Its mine because i earn it not like some of the top CEO bones paid to them

Payment difference between staff are very high real heart work get less and a person doing copy paste get more

I presently am under an agency so receive no World Vision benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The ability to meet my daily needs

Medical cover is the best

God's providence in our salary and benefits

retired fund package where WV work together with local government to manage the funds

Review from Operations Dept

Seven weeks of paid time off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the discrepancy between my contributions and the compensation offered, especially considering the added responsibilities I’ve taken on. A review of my compensation to reflect my role, contributions, and market standards would make me feel more recognized and motivate
