Mr. George A. Barrios has been Chief Strategy and Financial Officer of World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. since November 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Barrios served as the Chief Financial Officer at World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. since March 24, 2008. He oversees financial, accounting and investor relations strategies and activities and its IT, Facilities and Travel groups. Mr. Barrios served as Chief Financial Officer of New England Media Group since 2002. Mr. Barrios served as Vice President of The New York Times Company since January 8, 2007 and also served as its Treasurer since January 8, 2007, where he was responsible for managing its capital structure, liquidity, risk, investments and corporate financial analysis. From November 2000 to 2001, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NETsilicon, Inc. From 1994 to 2000, he served in several financial and general management roles of Praxair, Inc., including his last role as Division Chief Financial Officer of the global semiconductor materials business unit from 1995 to 1996. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Barrios was employed by Praxair Semiconductor, a division of Danbury, Connecticut-based Praxair, Inc., with more than 300 employees, serving as General Manager for North American operations since 1997. He served as Director of Sales and Marketing of Netsilicon from 1996 to 1997 and Director of Finance. He served as Director of Strategic planning for CHI Development from 1993 to 1995, an entrepreneurial company engaged in the acquisition and operation of existing businesses. From 1989 to 1994, he held several financial management positions for HBO, a Time Warner company. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Barrios is a Certified Public Accountant.
