The base compensation for the role is fairly competitive.
The pay is pretty fair

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the coworkers and customers.
We take a lot of time to get to know each other beyond just doing work together.
No good culture bad culture
The company promotes a supportive and friendly environment, so there's no politics (at least in my team) going on, and colleagues are genuinely helpful to each other.
The morale and ethics of the team are one I can stand by and believe in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very simple and straighforward compared to other companies.
HR did an outstanding job at communication between the hiring manager and me.
Started with a recruiter screening call, then meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the role, followed by a panel interview with several marketing team members. You had to complete a take home brief and present it to the panel. Waited only a week or so before I received an offer.
Interviewers try to guide and help during the assessment process, instead of constantly challenging me.

The fact that i can work from home.
