You have to be mostly white and connected to get anywhere in this company, very toxic
Toxic Workplace and mismanagement by the Customer Service Heads from their outsourcing sites.
No development and trainings and workshops. They'll use you and just kick you out of the company! Worst CS management!!!

The company is making competing with your co workers the only way to get noticed.
CS Heads and Directors should keep their staff and use the service themselves but they only stay for the pay!!!
The diversity at the office is incomparable, many people of many backgrounds, everyone is always willing to help.
