What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CS Leadership team only stay for the pay. Terrible management! They like to replace everyone!!!

You have to be mostly white and connected to get anywhere in this company, very toxic
Toxic Workplace and mismanagement by the Customer Service Heads from their outsourcing sites.
No development and trainings and workshops. They'll use you and just kick you out of the company! Worst CS management!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company is making competing with your co workers the only way to get noticed.
CS Heads and Directors should keep their staff and use the service themselves but they only stay for the pay!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They must treat everyone equaly no matter which country they are from

Remove all the highly paid Customer Service Heads esp from their outsourcing sites. Terrible management.

No need to improve. Mismanagement and toxicity has been around in the company for years!
