Young, vibrant team full of energy. Definitely a great culture in any office I've been to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The harder you work, the more money you see. Plain and simple. Base is high and you get continuous base bumps for performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great lively environment when you're in the office. Always challenges/competitions, music playing, banter, etc. In the field you are on your own so you control your temperament and pace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always very involved, at every training, speaking directly with and to new employees. Great vision, great voice... Definitely a reason I am planning on staying with the company for a long time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that you spend an entire day on a ride along so you can really experience what a typical work day looks like. It's tough, but you get used to it and highly compensated for doing well.
