What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aiming towards company core value.
They don't micromanage and they respect the employees!
Ability to communicate our vision and openness about what's going on at the company, things we're considering, how we're performing, etc.
Most of the managers are good some just don't care it don't work with the employees the executive committee is good
Honesty upfront I think they need to get more involved in the PR department
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting over worked staff. Fighting for equity within the company
The executive team is arrogant, disconnected and unprofessional.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My HSA account has helped alot.

We all compete and push each other

My teammates are amazing and my immediate managers are supportive.
we are all of similiar ages and personalities but come from different job backgrounds so all bring in different ways to look at and do things

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have really fun work events and our training is top of the line
Lots of collaboration and mutual support amongst the underlings.
They want everyone at every level to be successful. Everything is encouraged if it works. Everyone has a belief that the job should be fun so they constantly try to make everyday fun
Always sending the employees fun stuff and keep the energy going!
Everyone's ability/desire to lift each other up to solve a problem together

Pay more upfront about the work expectations I went into a job that has no training and they expected so much out of you training is probably the worst I've ever had

Laid back and not a lot micro managing

helping others in the office, learning more everyday about the industry, and most of all knowing that what we offer is unique and can really help other companies thrive

If there is a downside its the setup of our software. Its ability to accommodate all types of shippers makes the system less user friendly than some competitors.
