Horrible!! And honestly it's not even Worley global but just as far as my work site management goes. . I cannot believe some of the things I had to deal with. Talking about discrimination, favourism, but most importantly the intimidation from the management. Being forced to perform unsafe work.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
This question are so irelevent and messed up We pull a slip in the hall And no one wants to pull that slip, and us as people we had enough
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's sad as I reported many unsafe conditions and Life Saving Riles being violeted to the safety Dept along with taking things to the top to the best of my ability and it was all swept under the rug. Not even 1 statement collected.. I will not recommend Worley to anyone!! Very sad, but true
