Mr. B. Andrew Rose also known as Andy, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Worthington Industries, Inc. since December 2008 and its Executive Vice President since July 21, 2014. Mr. Rose served as Vice President of Worthington Industries, Inc. from December 2008 to July 2014. Mr. Rose was a Founding Partner of Peachtree Equity Partners Fund II, L.P., Peachtree Equity Partners Fund I, L.P. and Peachtree Equity Partners, where he managed debt and equity recapitalizations for manufacturing, distribution and service firms, advised management on growth strategies and operations and managed its institutional investor base. He co-founded Peachtree Equity Partners and was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing investments for the partnership. He was Senior Investment Professional in the Atlanta office at MCG Capital Corporation. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Rose served as a Vice President of Private Equity at Wachovia Capital Associates, Inc. and was responsible for investment analysis, structuring, due diligence and documentation related to its principal investing activities., where he monitored investments and advised portfolio company management on business strategy, acquisitions and exit strategies. He joined Wachovia in 1996 as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Group with responsibility for originating and structuring investment banking products and services. Prior to this, he worked at Chase Securities as a Member of the Private Placements Group since 1995 and at J.P. Morgan from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Rose serves as a Director of Imagimed LLC. He serves on the Board of several Peachtree portfolio companies. He served as a Director of Durham Geo-Enterprises Inc. and DynCorp. He served on the Board of Directors of various companies. Mr. Rose received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
