Rose Mary Clyburn — President & CEO of Wave at Worthington Industries

Ms. Rose Mary Clyburn has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Worthington Armstrong Venture since September 27, 2016. Ms. Clyburn has been Chief Executive Officer and President of WAVE, a joint venture of Worthington Industries and Armstrong World Industries, since August 2016. Ms. Clyburn has a track record of building businesses in specialty chemicals and construction, with three well-known companies, H. B. Fuller Company, CEMEX, Inc and PPG Industries. She served as President of H.B. Fuller Construction Products, Inc., for the past six years and spent 11 years at CEMEX, a global construction materials company, where she was Vice President of national accounts. Ms. Clyburn started her career at PPG's Chemicals Group holding various roles in business development, quality and marketing as well as several business director roles over her 21 years with it. She earned her MBA in finance and international business strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rhode Island.
