They listen and are always trying to be and do better on behalf employees and customers.

Their transperancy, accountablity and hold others accountable while be fair and compassionate. Strong belief and action around the company's core values which create a strong culture.
They really do seem to care about people and worklife balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base and achieveable bonus.
Great standard benefits, 401K match, mental health days and flexible time off.
The overall package is competitive. I just hope they can keep up with the changes in the market.

Fun group of people who really care about the company and the environment and giving back philanthropically
Cooperative and willing to help for the greater good.
My team are smart and proactive but also very collaborative. I like the partnering.
