- What do you like best about the leadership team?everyone knows what their job is and does it well. there's no blowback or rubber banding trying to catch people up... its a well oiled machine, it just makes sense. Everyone steps up to help instead of being dragged into projects. I think its just as much about the team as the people they hire.
