What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone wants to be a manager in my group. Everyone is pushing everyone around and there is a lot of ego fights. Extremely toxic place to work.

Embrace change, eliminate much of the red tape.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Toxic culture. I am being highly micro-managed. Manager does not care about employees at all.
