What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs for a company that is on a positive growth trajectory. Health insurance premiums are the best I've had with any company I've ever worked with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives AE To win orders give AE CLEAR path of career growth and not brush them over as if they are just numberrs. Pay attention to who is actually working and stop promoting so many sales ppl. Offer tuition reimbursement

They are trustworthy and helpful
Reliable, helpful, attentive, care and team spirit. We all go and push to the same direction, even with our diversity
