Everyone is approachable. I've never been hesitant to be open and honest. The leadership team also takes everyones suggestions and input seriously. There is a structural hierarchy, but every person on the team has a voice that is heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's challenging. I rarely feel like the co-worker next to me is incapable of what they are tasked with. So we build big, impressive applications together. That leads to pride and happiness. Also, no micro managing. I'm trusted and that means a lot to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally consider every person on the team as much of a friend as a co-worker. I get the impression that many would go out of their way for me, and I'd do the same for them. When things get tough (deadlines, stress, etc) no one panics. Everyone just doubles down and gets work done.
