Typical tech outing. A picnic. Throwing axes.

They will give up to $5k or $7k as long as you work there for 2 years.

Poor.

Honestly there arent really any. You have to pay for your transportation and food. They rarely give stock options, and if they do you have no real clue how much they are worth or the vesting schedule.

I know people who have been there a year and have promoted fast, and talented people who have been there for years and havent. It matters if you sell yourself and drink the coolaide.

Bullshitting and high turnaround.

I thought I was going to work on products. Instead, you are shuffled around to meaningless small projects. But that honestly is agencies in general.

You show your work. People ask you questions. Etc.

Be casual. Or if you want to sell yourself, dress artsy. They can honestly be bought if you just look cool.

No real benefits outside subpar health insurance.
