A nice raise with better company provided 401k contributions
Because no body never say good job.
I have done alot and volunteer every launch almost since i been here and gone places cause other sister plants needed help.. i have gone above and beyond.. called in to help when already worked my 10s or 12s cause i knew the job and it would get done! I just want treated fairly and not looked down @

salaried employees are only paid straight pay wages for working 7 days and 12 hours a day, they should be paid at the less time an half for the extra work hours. reduce the out of pocket cost with insurance co pays.

I feel undervalued because i feel i am nothing but a number to the company. Told we/i are the most important asset to the company but recieve very minimal wage increases/bonuses/zero sharing of any kind/or really any incentive to come to work at all.
